Every luxury house has a supply chain. Ours happens to be alive. Between the moment a rose is cut at our partner farms and the moment it is tied into your bouquet, it travels through a ritual we have refined for years — because freshness is not a claim, it is a logistics discipline.
Hour Zero: The Cut
Our partner growers cut at dawn, when stems are fullest of water and sugar. Within twenty minutes, every stem is in nutrient solution inside a cold room. The clock that matters — the 'dry time' a flower spends out of water — is measured in minutes across its entire journey to us.
The Cold Chain
Flowers travel to our atelier in refrigerated transport at a constant two degrees. Temperature is logged four times in transit. A single hour of warmth can cost a peony three days of life; we treat the thermometer like an instrument of quality control, because it is one.
The Overnight Rest
Arriving stems are re-cut, graded by hand — we decline roughly one stem in ten — and given a full night of deep hydration in our conditioning room. No Fleurora flower is ever arranged on the day it arrives. Rested flowers hold their heads higher, open more slowly, and simply last longer.
Only then, at dawn on delivery day, does a stem earn its place in a bouquet. It is a great deal of ceremony for a flower. We think you can see it.
