The Short Version
We collect only what a florist genuinely needs: your name, contact details, delivery addresses, and the preferences that help us compose better for you. We never sell your information, and we treat gift messages as private correspondence — read only by the calligrapher who writes them.
What We Collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), order and delivery information (addresses, dates, recipient names), your saved preferences (favourite flowers, palettes, occasions worth remembering), and standard technical data that keeps the boutique running smoothly.
In this demonstration boutique, your cart, wishlist and bouquet designs are stored only in your own browser's local storage — nothing leaves your device.
How We Use It
To compose and deliver your orders, to coordinate with recipients when a surprise must stay a surprise, to remind you of dates you've asked us to remember, and to improve the boutique itself. Marketing letters are sent only with your consent, and every one carries a one-click goodbye.
Who We Share It With
Our delivery team and payment processors — the minimum required to complete your order. Never advertisers, never data brokers. Recipient details are used solely for the delivery in question.
Your Choices
You may view, correct or delete your information at any time from your account, or by writing to concierge@fleurora.demo. Deleting your account removes your history within thirty days, keeping only what bookkeeping law requires.
