Our Promise

Flowers are living things, and we stand behind every stem. If your arrangement arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right — quickly, generously and without interrogation.

The Freshness Guarantee

Send us a photograph of the arrangement within 24 hours of delivery and choose your remedy: a full replacement composed the next morning, or a complete refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No returns required — please enjoy or gift whatever can be enjoyed.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Same-day orders enter the atelier immediately and cannot be refunded once composition begins — though we will always try to accommodate changes of address or timing.

Events & Weddings

Event bookings are governed by their design agreements. Deposits secure your date and our sourcing commitments; the balance schedule and cancellation terms are stated clearly in each proposal.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash but never expire. Perishable add-ons (chocolates) follow the same 24-hour photograph policy as flowers.
