The Agreement

By using the FLEURORA boutique you agree to these terms. They exist to keep expectations as clear as our vases — nothing here is designed to surprise you.

Orders & Composition

Every arrangement is composed by hand with the finest stems available on the morning of delivery. Seasonal variation is natural and celebrated: scale, palette and character will always remain faithful to what you ordered, while individual stems may vary.

Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Same-day orders enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled once composed.

Delivery

Delivery windows are commitments we take seriously. If a recipient is unavailable, our courier follows the protocol described in our FAQ — call, wait, safe-hand, or redeliver. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, but we will always work with you to make it right.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and include composition, conditioning and standard packaging. Payment is taken at checkout. In this demonstration boutique, checkout is simulated and no charges are ever made.

The Freshness Guarantee

If your flowers arrive in less-than-perfect condition, photograph them within 24 hours and we will replace the arrangement or refund you in full — your choice, no ceremony. Our refund policy describes the details.

Intellectual Property

The FLEURORA name, monogram, photography and written copy belong to the house. Admire freely; reproduce only with permission.
